Orders, once received, take a maximum of 24-72 business hours to be deposited at the Post Office to be shipped, as they must go through a packaging, labeling, etc. process.

Standard orders take between 2-5 working days to arrive and are sent through Correos, specifically, certified mail. Once your order has been sent, we will send you an email to let you know that your order has left our warehouse. If you require urgent delivery, please contact TANTO DRAMMA.

In the case of international shipping outside Spain, TANTO DRAMMA cannot guarantee the delivery period due to possible customs delays or similar. In some cases, the order may be stopped at customs, and may be subject to additional local import payments at the time of delivery. These and any other resulting customs charges will be the buyer's responsibility in any case.

If you wish to change the delivery address after placing the order, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package has been shipped, it will not be possible to make any address changes.

Special cases such as CANARY ISLANDS: It is important to note that in some cases the order may be stopped at customs and such shipment will be subject to additional payment of the import SAD and payment of the corresponding IGIC at the time of delivery. These and other derived customs expenses will be the responsibility of the buyer in any case.
