EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At TANTO DRAMMA we want our customers to feel comfortable both when using the website and with their purchase. You will have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive it.
If your request is for a pick up at a post office or delivery point, the 14 calendar days start counting when we notify you that the order has arrived.
If the package is returned to our offices due to an error in the address or absence of the addressee in two delivery attempts, you will have to pay the shipping costs for us to send it to you again, or send it to your transport company, with prior notice and authorization from us.
Please note that Tanto Dramma will not cover the shipping costs for exchange or return. Only in case of defective item.
Customised products or those purchased during clearance and outlet periods cannot be returned under any circumstances. Likewise, products with customised measurements cannot be exchanged or returned.

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange and 30 calendar days for the package to arrive at our offices.
Choose between the option of home collection, taking the package to your nearest post office or send the items yourself to Tanto Dramma, Paseo de Aragón 74, Bajo. Coworking l'Horta Brands, 46120 Alboraya, Valencia.
The exchange process consists of two parts: first, we receive the item to be returned in our warehouse; then, we generate the order with the new product that you will receive in the next few days.

If the chain you received is too small for you, you can leave a comment on the returns portal indicating the size you would like before selecting to exchange it for the same product. Your request will be sent to the workshop, where they will adjust the chain to the size you need.
RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a change and 30 calendar days for the package to arrive at our facilities.
The refund will be made through a store credit to be used on our website.
To approve the return we will check that the product(s) are in perfect condition, in their original box, unused and without signs of use.

BREAKAGE
In case of breakage, Tanto Dramma has a free repair service. Contact hello@tantodramma.es and we will process your request. You will only have to pay the shipping costs.
